Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Mickoleit worked as policy analyst at the OECD where he contributed to international policy standards like the OECD Recommendation on Digital Government Strategies. Hw was an independent consultant working with governments on digital transformation strategies. He advised government organizations in Western and Eastern Europe and in Arab countries on how to improve public service delivery.
