Jeff Casey is a Senior Research Director covering the banking and financial technology industries within Gartner's Financial Services Research and Advisory team. Mr. Casey advises clients on generating growth in the next generation of financial technologies with a focus on retail banking. Mr. Casey provides insights on digital banking platforms and channel solutions, retail lending automation, emerging operating models such as banking as a service and embedded finance. In addition to working with banking executives directly, Mr. Casey advises technology vendors on how to successfully sell into banks including go-to-market strategies, buyer personas, product positioning. His guidance helps clients understand market dynamics and industry trends as well as future scenarios and opportunities.
