Kanae Maita is a Principal Analyst in Gartner Research, where she is part of the Personal Technologies Innovation team. Prior to joining Gartner in 1996, Ms. Maita worked for Estee Lauder Japan in the Quality Assurance department, where she performed quality evaluations for manufacturing/incoming products and constructed inspection manuals for shipment approval of cosmetic products. Her role included domestic production supervisor.
