Daniel Hebda partners with industry leaders in Legal and Compliance to understand, tailor and implement best practices in the area of risk management. Almost all legal departments are responsible in some way for identifying, prioritizing, managing, monitoring and reporting on risk in their organization, whether it be just legal and compliance risks or risks that span the entire enterprise. Mr. Hebda partners with clients at every step of the way to select a catalog of risks that represents their risk universe, to survey organizational stakeholders who can identify the likelihood and impact of top risks, to develop and implement an actionable risk appetite, to match resources with risk priorities, and to communicate effectively and clearly about risk strategy and mitigation plans.
