Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Hammond worked in the retail industry, for companies such as Dixons Carphone Group, River Island Clothing Co., and Screwfix Direct. His previous roles were designed to explore, define, and deliver new digital technologies via an identification process to full project roll-out. The focus was on designing, building, and deploying cost-efficient, innovative, first-to-market model unified commerce retail standards for deployment global globally.
