Previous Experience

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Collinson managed several operational departments for a global Pharmaceutical company. Most recently managing an IAM operations team covering traditional IAM services along with some related technologies (Directory, Strong Authentication and Public Key Infrastructure). His responsibilities included establishing vision and roadmaps for the team through to implementing and delivering services to agreed service levels. He has experience of operational activities and resolution of operational issues.
