Previously, at LAC Group, an outsourced provider of competitive intelligence, research and legal library services, Mr. Friedmann managed research + CI delivery and new product development. He also led a legal and business information assessment and strategy study for a leading law firm. At Fireman & Company, a boutique legal consulting firm, he advised large law firms on knowledge management and legal technology, including document management systems, legal project management, experience management, enterprise search, Intranet design, emerging artificial intelligence, and digital offerings. He also worked with an alternative legal service provider on strategy, especially for contract management services. At Integreon, an alternative legal service provider, he worked with law firms and law departments on reducing both practice and support expenses via process outsourcing and automation. He led consulting and solution design engagements focused on contract lifecycle management, including process reengineering.
