Susan joins Gartner from Strategy Analytics and brings in over 20 years of experience in global wireless and broadband industries, creating insightful analysis and recommendations for top global service providers, network equipment and software solutions vendors and other clients across the mobile and broadband value chains on operator innovation and digital transformation, service evolution for 5G, competitive positioning and portfolio/technology roadmaps, data monetization and revenue growth opportunities, partnerships and business models.
