Rachel Longhurst is a Director within the Advisory team at Gartner, serving IT Leaders and their teams on topics related to Project and Portfolio Management, Applications and Software Engineering. Ms. Longhurst provides guidance on program and portfolio management, project metrics and dashboards, and the business value of IT. Additionally, she assists Application leaders on a number of topics including strategy and talent management, moving from projects to products, and RPA and automation governance. She serves as a subject matter expert in resource and portfolio management, building effective project manager skills and talent for a digital era, and adopting Agile ways of working.
