Klaus-Dieter Rinnen, Ph.D., is a research vice president in Gartner Technology & Service Provider Research. In his role of a global Forecast Manager for Internet of Things, he is leading the change management projects to transform Gartner's forecasts for this area to demand-side modeled forecasts with insights and assumptions about the underlying demand-side behaviors.
