How do I sign up for an Analyst One-on-One?

One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitor conference session passholders. Because of the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve up to two one-on-ones, with a different analyst or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for analyst one-on-ones is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda building tool).

Alumni prebooking for analyst one-on-one meetings opens 28 January 2019 at 10:00 a.m. IST.

General prebooking for analyst one-on-one meetings opens 11 February 2018 at 10:00 a.m. IST.

Am I guaranteed the analyst of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with up to one Gartner analyst in private 30-minute one-on-one meetings. Because of the high demand of particular analysts, sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I sign up for an analyst-user roundtable?

AURs are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session passholders. Because of the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Once prebooking opens, registration for AURs is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda building tool).

Is there a list of analysts who will be available at the event?

A full listing of analysts will be posted on Gartner Events Navigator as well as the speaker section of the conference website in the upcoming months.

Are there any restrictions around analyst one-on-ones?

Organizations sending end users to Gartner Application Architecture, Development & Integration Summit do have a limit of 8 one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with separate analysts.

In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. The analyst reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department by emailing at vendor.briefings@gartner.com to schedule a meeting following the event.

When will I have access to documentation?

Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
