The Agile Software Development Manifesto states, "We are trying to find better ways to develop through the practice of software development or activities that help it to be implemented." Beyond understanding methodologies and applying tasks, changing our mindset is the only way to become a truly agile team. DNP has been promoting agile development throughout the company to promote learning, practice, and environmental improvements. We will approach the true meaning of what we have seen in this process.
