Hock Keong Ng
Deputy CEO (ICT & Digital Services)
Hock Keong was one of the pioneers for Singapore e-Government Services in 1997. He was also the Proposer and Implementer of SingPass ver 1.0 in 2002.
He spearheads the Board’s digitization transformation movement, and has implemented many new digital service initiatives, including the PayNow service, the new Mobile App, and the revamp of CPF website which is one of the most transacted e-gov websites in Singapore.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Ng was in charge of the Board’s Customer Service from 2003 to 2011, the Enforcement Division from 2012 to 2013, the Collection & Enforcement Group from 2014 to 2016, and as the CIO from 2017 to 2019.
Mr Ng holds a MBA from RMIT and BSc (IT) from the National University of Singapore. For his contributions to the Singapore public service, he was conferred Public Service Administration (Bronze) and Public Service Administration (Silver) in 2005 and 2011 respectively.
