Kazushige Fushimi

Fushimi joined Seven & i Holdings Co. in 1995, initially assisting member stores on the ground as a zone manager. He was a senior officer at the company's system department before taking his current position.
In 2018, he launched a group loyalty program and 7iD, an ID system that integrates the group's brick-and-mortar and online operations. He leads groupwide CRM strategy, digital marketing, data analytics, CX improvement, and new projects, among other things.

Viewing digital technology as strategically essential, Seven & i has used POS data, e-money (nanaco), our e-commerce website (omni7), and so forth to gather customer data, and has introduced 7iD, a groupwide ID system.
We launched our groupwide loyalty program, Seven Mile Program, three years ago in June 2018, and have successfully used it to increase customer engagement. This talk will introduce our group's various efforts at maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV).
