Workshop: The Foundations of Data Literacy and Data-Driven Culture Are the Basis for Digital Business Success
A critical success factor for Data and Analytics leaders is their ability to foster the organization's capability for improved data literacy and a more data-driven culture, in support of new digital business opportunities. In this foundational workshop, participants will have the opportunity to gauge their own data literacy, their organization’s data literacy and develop approaches to bridge the gap to raise literacy levels. Based upon stories and examples of leading practices, this workshop will examine: What is data literacy? What is information as a second language (ISL) and how does it help me identify and communicate my organization’s needs? What are the emerging data-centric roles, skills and structures requiring advances in data literacy? How does it help foster a data-driven culture? How do I get started with driving a data literacy program and how does it relate to other organizational change/design efforts? PLEASE NOTE: Reserved for end-users only. Pre-registration required.
