How do I register for the conference?

You can register by clicking on the Register Now button on the registration page or by calling 000 800 050 1058 (India toll-free).

 

What methods can I use to pay?

You may pay with Gartner event tickets, credit card or invoice with PO number. A payment must be made prior to the event or payment will need to be collected upon entrance to the event.

 

What is the cost to attend?

Register early for the lowest prices:

Early-bird Price: INR 52,000 + VAT : (expires 5 April 2019)

Standard Conference Fee: INR 59,500 + VAT

Public-Sector Rate: INR 48,000 + VAT

 

Gartner clients may contact their account managers for special pricing options or may use conference tickets as a form of payment.

 

Is there a bulk discount for large groups?

A group rate discount is available, depending on size. Learn more about the group rate discount here.

 

What is included in the full registration price?

In addition to various tracks of the latest analyst research, your conference registration fee includes these complimentary features:

  • Session documentation
  • Gartner one-on-one meetings
  • Roundtables and workshops
  • Breakfast and lunch
  • Special evening event

 

Online preregistration is required for Gartner one-on-one meetings, workshops and roundtables. Reserve your place early, as space is limited.

 

What are the conference hours?

Monday 3 June — 7:30 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.

Tuesday 4 March —  8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

How do I book my hotel reservations?

How do I sign up for a Gartner one-on-one meeting?

One-on-one meetings are available exclusively to paid registered full conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Due to the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve a one-on-one with a different Gartner expert. Once prebooking opens, registration for Gartner one-on-one meetings is available through Gartner Events Navigator, our online agenda-building tool.

Am I guaranteed the expert of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly to a Gartner expert in a private 30-minute one-on-one meeting. Due to the high demand of particular experts, signup is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

How do I sign up for a roundtable?

Roundtable sessions are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Due to the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Once prebooking opens, registration for roundtables is available through Events Navigator (our online agenda-building tool).

 

Is there a list of analysts and other Gartner experts who will be available at the event?

A full listing of analysts and other Gartner experts will be posted on Gartner Events Navigator as well as the speaker section of the conference website in the upcoming months.

 

Are there any restrictions around Gartner one-on-one meetings?

Organizations sending end users to this summit do have a limit of eight one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with a different Gartner expert.

 

In addition, one-on-ones are not available for Vendor Briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. The analyst reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department by emailing vendor.briefings@gartner.com to schedule a meeting following the event.

 

When will I have access to documentation?

 

Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
