In this session, the Gartner analyst will engage participants in discussions using the material from “Negotiating with the Software Megavendors.”(Session No. 23D) We will explore practical negotiation tactics, such as selecting the right licensing option/pricing metric (e.g., SaaS) and identifying key negotiating points, considering the participants’ status.
