Hiroshi Miyano was born in Chiba Prefecture in 1981. He moved to the U.S. at the age of 15 and started a restaurant business there when he was 18. After returning to Japan at the age of 22 and having worked at Tully's Coffee Japan for five years in the green tea cafe project, he launched a specialty restaurant chain, Frijoles Burritos & Tacos. He is currently on the mission to bring innovation to the existing restaurant industry through digital transformation by developing the operation of CRISP SALAD WORKS restaurants which specialize in custom salads.
