To respond to the rapidly changing business landscape and diverse customer values, Asahi Group must deploy a flexible new approach that is not restricted by traditional industry models. This session will share some of their efforts to achieve data-driven business development, using data as a competitive weapon, and value creation to make drinking and dining a more enjoyable experience through digital transformation by working with the management team, as well as to drive investment and organizational structures necessary to go beyond the traditional value-based management to set Asahi Group’s new standards.
