In order to promote DX, we were required to make changes that were not bound by conventional wisdom, and to be agile enough to respond to rapidly changing circumstances on a daily basis. One of the challenges was to improve agility in communication for this purpose. The scope, speed, and man-hours of communication have improved as a result of the work style reforms that were implemented with the development of the digital workplace. In addition, collaboration has been activated, and individual information and findings have begun to be utilized as organizational knowledge and information, and the company is still promoting initiatives centered on mind competency.
