While hybrid work style has spread rapidly in the coronavirus pandemic, it has also caused some adverse effects. In particular, both managers and non-managers have complained that communication has become more difficult. Under these circumstances, we relocated to new Tokyo headquarters in February 2023, and at that time, we created our new office with emphasis on revitalizing communication. We also renewed our ICT tools and are taking on challenge of new ways of working. And we appointed communication facilitators at the same time as relocation. We will introduce examples of our efforts and direction we are aiming for, including activities of facilitators.
