Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Tokyo in 2008,
JSPS Research Fellow (DC1) from 2005 to 2008,
Research Fellow at the Manufacturing Management Research Center, the University of Tokyo, Assistant Professor at the Center from 2008 to 2009,
and Associate Professor at the University of Tsukuba from 2009 to 2016.
Major publications include "Communication and Decision-Making in a Fluid Organization"(University of Tokyo Press, winner of the 31st Takamiya Prize of the Organization Studies Association of Japan).

Guest Keynote: How to Increase Creativity and Productivity through Hybrid Work?

Hybrid work, which combines office work and telework, is attracting attention in the post-Corona era. However, it is debatable how to mix office work, which promotes face-to-face communication and networking, and telework, which enables autonomous working without being confined to a specific location. This is because both are important factors for increasing creativity and productivity. In this presentation, I would like to present working styles that enhance creativity and productivity based on the results of recent research.
