In 2020, the onset of our DX journey coincided with the pandemic and the declaration of a state of emergency. We have worked to change the organization from the management level, transform our corporate culture, improve the IT literacy of our employees, foster a digital mindset, and develop our DX talent. There was, however, something missing in our efforts for DX talent development. It was "dialogue and co-creation" for the innovation, the last piece of the puzzle for achieving DX that the pandemic had deprived us of. And, we sought that piece in the Metaverse.
