Jasleen Kaur is a HR Principal, Advisory, based in Sydney. As part of her role, she works with heads of HR and their teams to contextualize and implement Gartner's evidence-based research.
Ms. Kaur brings a deep understanding of HR functional excellence and the role of technology in improving talent outcomes. Having worked with both HR and IT leaders to implement Gartner's best practice research, she has a unique insight into the key challenges faced by the two business functions that are driving digitization efforts across the enterprise. With particular expertise in HR business partnering, employer branding and the design and implementation of compelling EVPs, she advises heads of talent acquisition on how to source and retain critical talent, particularly technology-skilled and digital workers.
Having worked in both India and Australia, Ms. Kaur has a deep appreciation of cultural diversity and the potential of emerging economies to reshape the world. She is deeply passionate about social equity and has a particular interest in supporting women's education in developing countries. She is an active member of Gartner's Service Committee that oversees the company's Diversity and Inclusion efforts in Australia.
