Jasleen Kaur is an Executive Advisor in Gartner's HR Research and Advisory Practice, based in Sydney. As part of her role at Gartner, she partners with Heads of HR and their talent management teams across the world, to drive their strategic decision making and implementation in areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Analytics, Performance Management and Wellbeing, using Gartner's evidence-based research.
With her data science background, Ms. Kaur brings a deep understanding of HR functional excellence and the role of analytics and technology in improving talent outcomes. She leverages this expertise to advise her clients on wide range of challenges as they progress through their unique Talent Analytics journeys to driving business impact.
Lending to her diverse portfolio at Gartner, she also specializes in designing effective and inclusive performance management strategies that lead to desired business outcomes of high performance and growth.
Having worked in both India and Australia, Ms. Kaur has a deep appreciation of cultural diversity and the potential of emerging economies to reshape the world. She is deeply passionate about social equity and has a particular interest in supporting women's education in developing countries. This passion also lends itself to her specialized focus on partnering with C-suite executives including Heads of HR, D&I, IT, Legal and Supply Chain, to drive design and implementation of sustainable D&I Strategies that deliver on both talent and business outcomes.
