All around us, economists, educators, policy-makers and futurists are sharing predictions (and warnings) about the not-too-distant-future. They range from the inspiring to the rather unsettling - AI is going to take your job, technological change will only accelerate and Austrian-accented cyborgs are going to raise your kids!!!
Most of the talk is about what is coming and what we might need to change to be part of it. Yet they neglect a very crucial part of the conversation, ‘what isn't changing’.
This is the focus of Forever Skills. The product of 18 months of research and interviews to identify are the skills and characteristics that will help us succeed no matter what else changes around us?
In this presentation, Dan will explore the 3 Spheres of Change, the core skills categories that will set you up no matter what the future brings and how you can develop the 3 skills clusters in yourself and in your team.

I&O leaders clearly understand the imperative that culture needs to evolve, and in some instances change drastically to support new work modalities and technologies. It's easy to say, easy to understand the need, but where on earth do you start with something that seems so big, so nebulous and often so ingrained in the organization? How can you take a 35,000 foot problem, and make it prescriptive, more approachable, and perhaps even (dare we say) fun! Come learn the art of culture hacking, and how you can apply this skill to I&O.
