Sourabh refers himself as a digital enthusiast and is responsible for everything related to DIGITAL & TECHNOLOGY in his current organization, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company (BAGIC). He is currently the Head of Technology, Web sales and Travel vertical at BAGIC. On one hand, he is responsible for the digital strategy, technology delivery, digital marketing for the company and on the other hand, he is responsible for sales growth through the web & digital channels.

Over the last 20 years, Sourabh has led technology delivery, consulting, sales & business development for Fortune 500 Life and General (P&C) Insurance companies in the United States and leading insurance companies in India. Prior to joining Bajaj Allianz in late 2015, Sourabh worked with ICICI Lombard as Vice President – Digital & Technology for close to 5 years. Before that, Sourabh played multiple leadership roles across delivery, consulting and sales in the US geography in Infosys Technologies for over 12 years. Sourabh holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree from India and is an MBA from INSEAD, France.
