Customer expectations in the Insurance industry are ever changing, the Industry is moving towards real-time policy issuance, with new sales channels and evolving aggregator, e-commerce & ecosystem partner driven model of policy issuance, there is an increased need for insurance systems to be robust to support sporadic high volume loads and to facilitate easier partner onboarding & integration. BAGIC’s previous policy admin system & its digital layer was dated, monolithic which led to longer time to market for new products and enhancements.
