Case Study: Mitsui Fudosan's Business Infrastructure Strategy to Support the New Normal Way of Working

Mitsui Fudosan has been working to reform the way we work by leveraging ICT since 2016. We've built various business infrastructures to achieve Activity Based Working (ABW) in wide area by combining new offices, shared offices and working at home.
By using the infrastructure, the rate of working at home exceeded 90% even under the declared state of emergency in April 2020.
In addition to our initiatives to drive ABW in wide area such as deploying communication tools, revamping our core system and full-clouding, we will share how we overcame the unexpected situation of the COVID-19 disaster.
