Case study: Hints for big firms launching new businesses (*Japanese only)

Konica Minolta's Business Innovation Centers (BICs) are five centers established around the world as the core engine of the company’s growth. BIC Japan, the Japanese center, created the Kunkun Body, the world's first consumer device that measures and displays strengths of body odors. In this case study session, the leader of that project, Mr. Koda, will share how he and his team approached product development and succeeded in a commercial launch.
