Japan Post Insurance is driving business efficiency through digital transformation (DX), building a service structure to improve customer experience (CX), and aiming for a diverse and flexible work style that allows each employee to feel a sense of fulfillment (ES). To realize this goal, next-generation systems are expected to increase cyber security threats as the use of the Internet expands to support the use of cloud services, Internet connection of terminals, and provision of services outside the company. In this presentation, we will introduce the challenges and the way forward in the situation where we have to steer away from the traditional “perimeter security” to the new security measures called "zero-trust".
