Chief Operating Officer
Bettina is Chief Operating Officer of the Australian Digital Health Agency. She is responsible for ensuring delivery of the Agency’s work program, operating efficiency, and cultural improvement. Bettina’s Division engages with the technology industry, healthcare sector, professional organisations and governments to deliver the National Digital Health Strategy and drive adoption and usability of technology in health.
Prior to commencing with the Agency, Bettina held senior executive roles with the National E-Health Transition Authority over seven years. Bettina has also held senior management roles in the Commonwealth Government including anti-money laundering agency AUSTRAC, counter terrorism agency the Office of Transport Security, and national IT standards setting body the Australian Government Information Management Office. She commenced her career working for the NSW Environment Protection Authority delivering technology projects to support regulatory reform.
Bettina has a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, Master of Public Policy, and Master of Business in IT Management.
