Warren Darragh

Executive Director – Digital Transformation
Warren is the Executive Director of Digital Transformation with the Department of Education (DoE) Queensland. In this role he is responsible for the delivery of ICT strategy, architecture and major ICT programs and projects. Prior to joining the DoE Warren held a variety of senior executive, consulting and contracting roles including over 10 years as GM IT at Powerlink Queensland. Warren Darragh holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree, a Graduate Diploma of Communications and Information and Systems Management, a Master of Information Technology (Research) degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree. Warren served for over a decade in the Australian Regular Army, and is a Graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon - Australia's premiere military leadership institution. He saw operational service in Cambodia and in the Former Yugoslavia (Bosnia Herzegovina).
