Girish Nayak is Chief - Customer Service, Technology and Operations at ICICI Lombard GIC Limited. He is responsible for spearheading the technology and operations functions of the Company. He also oversees the Customer Service function, focusing on aligning the overall quality of service delivery in line with the evolving needs of customers.

Girish joined the ICICI Group in 1994. In 1999, he was chosen as one of the core members for ICICI's foray into e-commerce. Over the years, he has played a leadership role in key business units at the group including Technology Management Group, International Banking Group, Corporate Banking Group and Capital Markets Division. He moved into his current role with ICICI Lombard GIC Limited in April 2013.

Girish is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
