We have definitions, trainings, and frameworks in place for DE&I, now we need to move to next level with ground level challenges and implementation. Kiran HARYADI is currently the Deputy Head of Wholesale Banking (Technology & Operations) overseeing Capital Markets , Global Finance & Transaction Banking & Securities Services businesses at Société Générale Global Solution Center. Prior to this role , he was the Regional CIO of Wholesale Banking for the Entity .
He is also part of the Entity HR Advisory board and the sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion for SG . In his role as sponsor , his focus is on themes of Gender diversity , People with Personal disabilities , LGBITQ+ community & building a more Inclusive culture.
Before Société Générale , Kiran has spent many years in the AMER and UK region working for UBS , Bank of New York Mellon & Putnam Investments.
Kiran holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Bangalore University.
