Being a relatively small-scale company with limited resources, Mazda has been seeking the most efficient development and production methods, and has long invested in Mazda Digital Innovation to improve the Monotsukuri process.
With our cross-organizational business reform progressing, employees’ awareness has changed as well as their operations, and each individual has grown, becoming able to take innovative actions for the reform utilizing digital technologies. In this presentation, new values created by people-IT collaboration, the progress of the business structure reform, and future prospects of the Monotsukuri company are introduced.
