Sebastien is responsible for the Engineering Delivery of the LEGO B2B Partner and Retail Digital products, currently heading up 10 product teams as well as managing all of the Digital Product Designers in the Marketing & Channels Technology (MCT) with direct reporting line to the VP of MCT.
Prior to that, Sebastien was managing the User Experience, Mobility & Portals Center of Excellence and delivered amongst other things the best Intranet in 2020, the Klik Design System in addition to managing the teams behind the 60+ internal Web & Mobile apps as well as the Office 365 ecosystem of the LEGO organization.
Past organizations include Intel in the UK, Orange in France and Fujitsu in Germany.
Sebastien’s approach to Problem Solving consists in thoroughly understand the Users, the context and the constraints & opportunities they both offer. Then to build high performing teams that work truly agile to ultimately achieve great solutions that deliver business outcomes and delight the Users.
