How do I register?

What methods can I use to pay?

You may pay with Gartner event tickets, credit card or invoice with PO number. A payment must be made prior to the event or payment will need to be collected upon entrance to the event.

 

What is the cost to attend?

Early Bird registration is €2,450 (until 22 March 2019)
Standard registration is €2,775 + VAT
Public Sector registration price is €2,200 + VAT

 

Gartner clients may contact their account manager for special pricing options or may use conference tickets as a form of payment.

 

Is there a bulk discount for large groups?

What is included in the full registration price?

Registration fee includes conference attendance, documentation, a special evening event, breakfast and lunch.

 

What are the conference hours?

Day 1: 07.30-19.00
Day 2: 08.00-17.15

How do I book my hotel reservations?

You must be a registered attendee to book your hotel room. Find out more  information on accommodations.

Do I need to speak German to attend?

Please note: This event is focused on issues relevant to IT leaders in the German speaking markets. The event is presented in a mixture of German and English and attendees should be proficient in both languages to get the full value out of the experienced.  

What if I am interested in exhibiting at the event?

You will need to speak with a Gartner exhibitor sales representative. If you know who this is, please reach out to the representative directly. If you are not aware of the representative for that space, email european.exhibits@gartner.com

Are there any speaking opportunities at the event?

Opportunities to present are generally available at Gartner events. Please fill out the Speaking Request Form here and a representative of Gartner Events will contact you. 

How do I sign up for an Gartner one-on-one?

One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor session pass holders. Because of the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve one 30-minute one-on-ones, with a different content expert or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for Gartner one-on-ones are available through Gartner Events Navigator — our online agenda building tool.

 

Am I guaranteed the content expert of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with a Gartner content expert in private 30-minute one-on-one meetings. Because of the high demand of particular content experts, sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Is there a list of content experts who will be available at the event?

Are there any restrictions around analyst one-on-ones?

Organizations sending end users to this summit do have a limit of eight (8) one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with separate analysts.

 

In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with experts. The content expert reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department and schedule a meeting following the event by emailing vendor.briefings@gartner.com.

When will I have access to documentation?

Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
