Dev uses data to revolutionize how millions of visitors and customers engage with Nissan and its brands across 145 markets worldwide. He is also responsible for actualizing the enormous potential of data to deliver business & customer intelligence, using advanced analytics, machine learning and personalization techniques to deliver relevant experiences and establishing a culture of continuous test & learn across all customer journeys.
Prior to joining Nissan, he served as Vice President, Head of Data and Delivery at AIG, and has 15 years+ experience in running large, complex enterprise at scale data programs.
