After a degree in Mathematics followed by a PhD in Automation and Information Engineering, she started her professional career at the Joint Research Center of the European Commission. In 1998 she joined Vodafone covering different roles in the Analytics, Customer and Digital areas. In 2010 she moved to Arnoldo Mondadori Editore as Head of CRM, with the mandate to support the company digital transformation and the transition to a Customer centric approach. In 2013 she became Sky Italy’s Head of Digital Care and CRM. Since 2016 she works for Assicurazioni Generali as the Head of Group Analytics Solutions Centre, a structure created to shape and drive Generali’s Data, Analytics & AI strategy and to support digital transformation through the development of Advanced Analytics and AI applications
