Head of RaboHub and BusinessApps
Rabobank is a bank by and for customers, a cooperative bank, a socially-responsible bank. Our aim is to be the market-leader across all financial markets in the Netherlands. We are also committed to being a leading bank in the field of Food and Agri worldwide: "Growing a better world Together"
In 2018 the One Digital Workspace program was initiated to migrate all of Rabobanks 45,000 employees worldwide towards the cloud. Currently over 95% coverage globally has been reached.
This global unification step towards the cloud has opened several doors towards initiatives to increase collaboration and productivity. In this session we will share:
Kasper Dortland is Head of RaboHub and BusinessApps. The teams within this department are responsible for increased collaboration and productivity for all of Rabobank 45,000 employees worldwide. Some of the services these teams are responsible for are:
Senior Manager, End User Technologies and Sales Enablement
New services, applications, and features provide proven business value but getting users on board is more challenging than ever! Does this sound familiar?
At Putnam, we have created a program that focuses on culture, connection, and context leveraging these values to build communities that increase the adoption velocity of our Modern Workplace initiative. Technology teams are stretched thin and it’s challenging to get users to commit to training. By building a community of business champions and influencers, you will root peer-trainers in every business unit and benefit from the “higher authority sell”.
Join me to hear how you can introduce three simple programs that help you tap into your business culture, build rapport, and communicate the business value using your end user’s natural language.
Tori Kaufmann-Paulman is the Senior Manager of End User Technologies and Sales Enablement at Putnam Investments.
Tori is responsible for ensuring that end users are provided the most current, enhanced, enjoyable, and stable environment to perform their work. To that end, Tori introduced the Modern Workplace to Putnam in 2018 as a way to structure the narrative around how technology is changing the way we work and drive the conversation back to the people who are the most valuable asset to your Digital Workplace program.
By building a diverse community of executive stakeholders, business champions, and viral influencers, Tori’s team has increased the most crucial measurement of success: adoption. Tori serves as a member of the Putnam Diversity Advisory Council, Women’s Leadership Cabinet, and Chair's the Putnam Pride Alliance. Tori has directed end user technologies in entertainment, non-profit, education, and the financial services industry.
IT Manager Digital Workplace
ABN AMRO is dealing with the same challenges as many other financials. Establishing new revenue models requires a workplace and workforce that can easily absorb new technology and application services, whilst keeping security and compliancy levels on par. ABN AMRO started off on a journey on 2014 that brought us to a modern workplace that could do just that. But what is included and more important how did we do that? All of this would be less valuable if we do not inspire and support our most precious asset, our workforce, to enable them to perform at their best with all the means we provide. How do we cultivate digital dexterity in our organization and make use of it?
Daniel Bloem has been working in the IT industry for more than 20 years in various roles (architecture, project & program management, sourcing & contract management, leadership). Within ABN AMRO he has lead the infrastructure separation between RBS, Fortis and Santander and afterwards became responsible for the workplace integrations between Fortis and ABN AMRO. He is one of the founding fathers of the Digital Workplace organization within ABN AMRO where he currently leads the agile product teams.
