Cath Green OBE is a British biologist at the University of Oxford, a fellow of Exeter College and head of the university’s Clinical BioManufacturing facility. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Catherine and her team were integral to the development of the Oxford–AstraZeneca vaccine. Throughout the process, Cath and her team’s skills of resilience, motivation, collaboration and agility were consistently challenged; whilst manufacturing the vaccine for the clinical trials under the glare of the global media spotlight.
