Kathryn Cleary is an Executive Advisor in the Human Resources practice within Gartner's Research and Advisory division. Ms. Cleary partners with senior human resources leaders to curate and tailor Gartner's insights and recommendations to their unique organizational context, helps leaders benchmark their performance against best-in-class peers, and serves as a trusted thought partner to leaders seeking to take action on their mission-critical talent and functional priorities. She joined CEB, now Gartner, in May 2015 and worked for three years in the Workforce Surveys and Analytics Practice on large, global employee engagement surveys, EVP and Total Rewards surveys. She spent the first 15 years of her career in the health care industry, working at 2 different BlueCross BlueShield plans and for an Individual Physician Association where she analyzed and leveraged data for quality improvement cost containment initiatives. She also spent 10 years as co-owner of a small printing business where she honed her customer service, sales and marketing and relationship management skills.
