How do I register for the conference?

What methods can I use to pay?

 

You may pay with Gartner event tickets, credit card or invoice with PO number. A payment must be made prior to the event, or payment will need to be collected upon entrance to the event.

 

What is the cost to attend?

 

Register early for the lowest prices:

  • Early-bird price (expires TBC, 2018): €2,375 
  • Standard conference fee: €2,700
  • Public-sector price: €2,125

 

Gartner clients may contact their account managers for special pricing options or may use conference tickets as a form of payment.

 

Is there a bulk discount for large groups?

What is included in the full registration price?

Registration fee includes conference attendance, documentation, a special evening event, breakfast and lunch.

 

What are the conference hours?

Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit 2018 will begin Monday 10 September, at 08:00 (registration opens at 07:30) and end at 16:30 on Tuesday 11 September.

Can I obtain CPE credits by attending?

 

Yes, you can earn CPE credits toward (ISC)2 and ISACA certification programs.

 

As an attendee to this event, any sessions you participate in that advance your knowledge within that discipline may earn you up to 14.25 CPE credits from the following organizations:

 

  • (ISC)2
  • ISACA

 

Gartner is an Official (ISC)2® CPE submitter.

 

  • 14.25 Group “A” credits toward CISSP® recertification requirement
  • 14.25 Group “A” credits toward SSCP recertification requirement
  • 13.25 Group “A” credits toward CAP recertification requirement
  • 13.25 Group “A” credits toward CSSLP recertification requirement

 

How to receive credits:

How do I book my hotel reservations?

Are there any speaking opportunities at the event?

 

There are speaking opportunities available for exhibitors at the event. If you are interested in exhibiting, you will need to speak with a Gartner exhibitor sales representative. If you know who the representative is for your space, please reach out to them directly. How do I sign up for an analyst one-on-one?

 

One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Due to the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve one (1) one-on-one with a different analyst or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for analyst one-on-ones is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda building tool).

 

Am I guaranteed the analyst of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

 

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with one Gartner analysts in private 30-minute one-on-one meetings. Due to the high demand of particular analysts, sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

How do I sign up for an analyst-user roundtable?

 

Analyst-user roundtable sessions are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Due to the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Once prebooking opens, registration for analyst-user roundtables is available through Events Navigator (our online agenda building tool).

 

Is there a list of analysts who will be available at the event?

​Are there any restrictions around analyst one-on-ones?

 

Organizations sending end users to this summit do have a limit of 8 one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be a different analysts. 

 

In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. The analyst reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department and schedule a meeting following the event by emailing vendor.briefings@gartner.com.

When will I have access to documentation?

 

Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
