Ingrid Gonzalez McCarthy is a Senior Research Director in the Supply Chain Planning Team. Ingrid focuses on Sales and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution (including implementation), Demand and Supply Planning. She has 20 years' experience in CPG companies working at local, regional and global level. Prior to joining Gartner Ingrid was working as Global Enterprise Supply Lead for Mondelez International leading the efforts to improve the production planning process (including, segmentation, flexible scheduling), improve cash flow (finished goods and raw pack inventory strategies and modelling), scenario planning and strategies for process automations. Led the foundational S&OE process strategy as well and collaborated in the Control Tower planning. Before that Ingrid led the Regional Planning COE for Latin America implementing a Regional S&OP, Central Modelling Analytics team, materials tower and Virtual Planning Hubs. This role included the improvement of Demand and Supply Processes. Before that Ingrid had other work experiences in logistics, order to cash, fulfillment, SAP implementation, supply chain integrations, innovation management among others.
