Eric Dwinells is the Director of Global Supplier Management for Bose Corporation. His responsibilities include Supply Chain Resiliency, Supply Chain Solutions, Supplier Collaboration, and Supply Chain Systems & Technology.
Eric began his career with Bose Corporation in 2003 as a Senior Operations Manager. Prior to joining Bose, Eric was a Materials Manager Director at Teradyne, FONs Corporation, and G&F Industries. He has over 35 years of materials management with deep knowledge of key performance metrics, processes, capabilities, and behaviors across internal and external areas of Supply Chain.
Under Eric’s leadership, numerous supply chain systems have been implemented at Bose which have accelerated results supporting cost, commodity, contract management, and talent advancement. Eric is also head of Supply Chain Resiliency at Bose. He was responsible for bringing Supplier Resiliency awareness into Bose and developing the program that is currently used to mitigate risk in the supply chain.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. He is also C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager), Yellow Belt Lean Leader Certified and was a founding board member of the Global Supply Chain Resiliency Council.
