Executive Director, Strategic Transformation Operations
Tejuan Manners is currently the Strategic Transformation Operations Executive Director supporting Lenovo Corporation’s Data Center Group. He joined with the Lenovo family in January 2019. Tejuan’s journey to become a Business Transformation Executive covers over 20 years of full-time experience majority with IBM as well as three internship assignments. His experiences include Digital Transformation/Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Operations, Project Management, Business Process & Data Mapping, Sales Operations & Support, Enterprise Platform development, AI/ML, and Real Estate/Facilities Operations.

Tejuan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, from North Carolina A&T State University. He is married and has an 14-year-old daughter and a 11- year-old son.

Outside of Lenovo Tejuan is heavily involved in the community. He has participated in March for Babies for the past 10 years, which raises money to help prevent premature births. He has also led Technology Camps for middle school students, along with volunteering monthly at the Raleigh Food Bank. He is also a Past President of the Raleigh Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and the immediate past NC State District Director of the Association of North Carolina Alphamen.
