Amanda Scott is the Head of Change Capability Development, within the Production & Supply Centre of Expertise based in Syngenta Manchester, taking on this new role relocating from Switzerland to the UK in 2020. Amanda and her team are focused on developing capabilities that are needed today whilst identifying and building the capabilities needed for the future. The journey we are in is transformational and it’s an exciting time to be part of Syngenta.

Amanda’s background is in Human Resources, Organisational learning, Change and transformation where she has previously held different roles including Merger Integration Manager in Syngenta leading integrations, divestments and internal transformations across Syngenta. She was also the Head of Business and Functional Learning in Syngenta. Prior to joining Syngenta, Amanda worked with GlaxoSmithKline, Lloyds Bank and in consulting.
