Andrew Finnegan is the international leader within operations with over 25 years of experience, ranging across pharmaceutical, strategic consulting and industrial chemicals industries.

He has a unique end to end supply chain perspective, having held line positions spanning incoming procurement to secondary distribution, as well as responsibility for both internal and external production operations.

Andrew joined Novo Nordisk in 2004 holding positions including Project Vice President for LEAN driving an operational excellence program across the 9000+ employee supply organisation, as Corporate Vice President heading for Souring operations and later Contract and Local Manufacturing. Since 2013 Andrew has been heading the central Supply Chain function which includes S&OP, Launch, IT, distribution, strategy, projects, global shared service centre, design and analytics.
