An industrial engineer at heart, Sofia has over 23 years of experience with IT, Supply chain and strategy management from various roles within large Swedish multinational companies such as ICA, H&M, and Sandvik. She is passionate about how technology and digitalization transform business and has proven to be a bold leader who has brought long-established companies into the modern digital world.
As a mover and a shaker in her industry, she is just as active in her personal life. Sofia enjoys filling her weekends and evenings with paddle, golf, tennis, swim, run, and cross-country skiing.
