During the Covid pandemic, Norway had to respond fast to a wide variety of challenges: Management of Covid tests, Electronic ID to foreign workers, compensation to businesses and to persons who were laid off from work, etc. Our digital ecosystem both played an important part in responding to the challenges and to contribute to collaboration, interoperability and sharing between the actors participating in the ecosystem. We will share our experiences from this period based on practical examples of what was achieved by people working together across organisations. We will demonstrate how trustful co-operation and technology together were vital to handle the pandemic.
