Allitude is the IT vehicle of Cassa Centrale Banca (CCB), a major Banking Group in Italy, result of the consolidation of 69 local cooperative Banks. Allitude had the mandate to boost the digital transformation journey of CCB and to secure compliance with regulatory constraints, while servicing the needs of the different banks part of the Group, industrializing its operating model for proper synergies of scale and resiliency. During this session, Riccardo Laurenti (CIO) will illustrate how the Group is pursuing Business Composability through the modernization of IT in the recent 3-year evolution program just launched.
